EuresTools Workspace is based on the BSCW server, which provides a shared workspace for a variety of objects such as documents, tables, graphics, spreadsheets or links to Web pages. Once a workspace has been set up, all users can upload or download documents to it. Besides user and group management, the BSCW server applies access control mechanisms to the shared workspaces and provides functions to maintain the stored documents. Features include authentication, version management, mechanisms for locking documents, discussion forums, annotations and rating, event notification, search facilities, e-mail integration, and more.

The fee is based on the number of individual users.
