The Management Handbook serves as a reference manual for all individuals involved in Eurescom Projects.

It contains rules and procedures to be applied to all Projects in order to ensure that the directives of the General Assembly and the Board of Governors are complied with.  Every effort has been made to minimise the administrative overhead.  This is the third edition of the Management Handbook.  It is effective from 01 January 2000.
