Management of European R&D Programmes
Eurescom offers comprehensive services for managing European R&D programmes. This includes providing an organisational framework and the technical infrastructure as well as organising the project call process.
Our services enable organisations running R&D programmes, like, for example, EUREKA Clusters, to become fully operational within weeks instead of months.
Eurescom's services include establishing the organisational structure and working procedures, the provision of meeting facilities and office space, and the management of the organisation's activities.
In special cases, Eurescom offers to share the risk for setting up and running the R&D programme through pre-financing the organisational infrastructure and the management services in the launch phase. This is particularly interesting for EUREKA Clusters which have no income from projects in the first months.
