EuresTools Mailing List
EuresTools® Mailing List includes a customised e-mail list server with web front-end management.
Features include virus-scan, anti-spam filters, an e-mail archive, and an easy-to-use web interface for list owners. Through the web interface, individual mailing lists can be flexibly defined and maintained according to the demands of the project. Eurescom’s mailing list management has proven its reliability and usability in numerous Eurescom and EU projects.
Service Scope
The service scope of EuresTools® Mailing List covered by the standard EuresTools® fee includes:
- Tool setup for up to 10 mailing lists with up to 200
- list members each
- Technical maintenance
- User manual
- Technical helpdesk
- 2 years archiving of data after project end
Additional services available upon request:
- Additional mailing lists with up to 1,000 list members each
- Entry of mail addresses provided by client
