Ellen Tallas has several years of experience as a Project and Programme Administrator at Eurescom. During this time she has handled the administration of complex research programmes involving many parallel projects and a huge number of project participants at any one time.
She has significant experience in the budget management of research programmes and in all aspects of event management. She has been involved in a number of EU-funded research projects from FP5 to Horizon 2020 and performs secretariat, event support and management services for EUREKA Cluster CELTIC-NEXT and the European Technology Platform NetWorld2020.
Ellen holds a bachelor degree in management from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.
